By accessing or using the services of Affinity Counseling and Family Life Services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Affinity Counseling and Family Life Services provides outpatient mental health counseling services, including individual, couples, family, and adolescent therapy.

2. No Emergency Services

We do not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Clients are expected to attend scheduled appointments. Cancellation policies may apply and will be communicated directly during intake or scheduling.

4. Payment and Insurance

Clients are responsible for payment of services according to their insurance coverage or private pay agreements. Payment processing may be handled through third-party providers.

5. Confidentiality

All services are provided under strict confidentiality consistent with applicable laws and professional ethical standards, including HIPAA where applicable.

6. Limitation of Services

Therapy services are not a substitute for emergency psychiatric care or medical treatment.
